New Life Counselling currently has the following exciting opportunities open to dynamic and committed individuals interested in joining an innovative and creative team to deliver and constantly develop counselling services in response to identified need.
Head of Operations (re-advertisement - previous candidates need not reapply)This key post will provide the opportunity to work with the Senior Management Team to lead in the delivery and development of high quality counselling services in line with the organisation's strategic plan. Principally the successful candidate will be an accomplished manager with the ability to lead and direct a team of clinical professionals to achieve explemary standards of quality service delivery. Ideally, the successful candidate will also be a counselling professional or demonstrate a knowledge and empathy of the issues important within the area. The post requires an individual who is confident in their own management skills, and can demonstrate the ability to manage a staff team, budget and relationships with external agencies. Sessional CounsellorsNew Life Counselling maintains a bank of sessional counsellors who may be called upon to support in the delivery of our counselling services, training and research as needed and as funding is available. We welcome applications from individuals who are keen to be added to this bank. There is an ongoing process for recruitment of these posts and applications can be submitted at any time.
