Head of Operations (re-advertisement - previous candidates need not reapply)

This key post will provide the opportunity to work with the Senior Management Team to lead in the delivery and development of high quality counselling services in line with the organisation's strategic plan.

Principally the successful candidate will be an accomplished manager with the ability to lead and direct a team of clinical professionals to achieve explemary standards of quality service delivery. Ideally, the successful candidate will also be a counselling professional or demonstrate a knowledge and empathy of the issues important within the area. The post requires an individual who is confident in their own management skills, and can demonstrate the ability to manage a staff team, budget and relationships with external agencies. A flexible attitude to working hours and roles will be required of this individual.
